My #postworkout cycling meal for #MeatlessMonday is #soKorean with stir fried broccoli, garlic, tofu, brown/white rice, and #kimchi. The protein comes from the tofu AND broccoli with the greens having anti-inflammatory properties plus omega 3’s from the olive oil to heal muscles. The rice replenishes glycogen (fat) storage so your body doesn’t take nutrients from your muscles or bones. Finally the kimchi has Vitamin A & C to rid the body of free radicals (which cause cancer) and sodium to replace all the salt lost in sweating.
